Following circuit used for turn ON-OFF the electronic devices by touch
IC 555 can give 200mA as maximum current in output so if you want to run loads with more current you have to using a power transistor or a relay as switch.
By using relay you can switching 110-220v electric devices up to 10A.
You can run this circuit by 3 to 18v according to load voltage.
limitation of this circuit : it does not operate with mitten

IC555 will burnt if you connect the battery incorrect, so pay attention to battery polarity.
