LED Chaser/Sequencer using IC 4017 & IC 555

Parts list:
IC 4017
IC 555
LEDs (22pcs)
Diode 1N4007 (10pcs)
Potentiometer 100K
Resistor 330 ohm
Capacitor 2.2uF 16V

LED Chaser/Sequencer using IC 4017 & IC 555

I connect two LEDs in parallel to each output.
The Diode through positive supply (VCC) used only for reverse polarity protection(not necessary).
