DIY Solar inverter without Battery

This circuit is a 1500W DIY Solar inverter that working without Battery, using solar panels only!

With adjustable output Voltage and Frequency.

Maximum input voltage is 42V DC.

Minimum input voltage is 6V, However because i used transformer with primary of 15-0-15 the output voltage will be around 100V only (at 6V input).
You can use transformer with primary side of 6-0-6 or 9-0-9 so you got 220V even with 6V input, But 15-0-15 transformer is recommended because most solar panels generate voltage higher than 18V .

You can use two parallel MOSFET instead of one, to help them handle more current and decrease Rds ON (resistance of drain to source when MOSFET is switch ON).
